Where to send your forms
For most people in Ireland, you send Free Travel forms by post to:

Ireland
Check the back page of your form in case a newer address is printed there.
When posting your form:
- Use the official envelope if one is supplied
- Write your name and PPS number clearly on the form
- Keep copies of your completed form and supporting documents where possible
If you are returning a Senior SmartPass form:
- Follow the instructions on the FTNI1 or FTNI2 form
- You may need to call to a Translink or nominated office in person

- Explain what proofs or medical reports you may need
- Check that you have filled in the form correctly before you post it
