♿ Result. Under 66 on a long term payment

Based on your answers:

  • You are under 66, and
  • You are on a long term disability, illness or caring payment, or you are not sure but think this may be the case.

You may qualify for Free Travel before age 66.
You may also qualify for a Companion Free Travel card if you need another adult to travel with you.

You are more likely to qualify before 66 if:

  • Your condition or disability is expected to last at least 12 months, and
  • You have been getting your payment for a considerable period

If your condition is short term or still being assessed, you may not qualify yet. If you are unsure which payment you get, check your payment letter, your MyWelfare account, or ask at your local Intreo Centre.
