Keep, renew and manage your Free Travel

Renew or replace your Free Travel card or pass
Use this if your Free Travel card or paper pass is **expiring**, has been **lost, stolen or damaged**, or if your **name or other details have changed** and you need a new card or pass.
Keep Free Travel when your circumstances change
Use this if you are **starting work**, **changing payment**, or joining a scheme and want to know **when you can keep Free Travel** and what you must tell the department.
When Free Travel must stop or be reviewed
Use this if you need to **return a Free Travel card or pass**, have been told your entitlement may **stop or change**, or want to **ask for a review** of a Free Travel decision.
